1.1 Zero Tolerance: You are strictly prohibited from using Omnihost.io for streaming illegal content, including but not limited to: copyrighted material without authorization, pornographic content, hate speech, or any material that promotes violence.
1.2 Immediate Ban: Any violation of our content policy will result in an immediate account termination (ban) without prior notice and without the right to a refund.
1.3 Server Stability: High-bandwidth abuse or actions that intentionally disrupt our server stability are prohibited.
2.1 Manual Billing: Omnihost.io does NOT use automatic subscriptions. All plans are paid on a month-to-month basis. It is the user's responsibility to manually renew their service before the expiration date to avoid interruption.
2.2 Expiration & Grace Period: Upon expiration, your service will be suspended. You will receive email notifications three (3) days prior to expiration as a reminder. If a new payment is not processed within three (3) days after the expiration date, your plan, settings, and stream keys will be permanently deleted. To resume service after deletion, a new plan must be purchased.
3.1 General Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are not provided once the plan is activated.
3.2 Policy Violations: No refunds will be issued for accounts that have been banned due to violations of Section 1 (Acceptable Use).
You are responsible for the safety of your account and your internal stream keys. Sharing your account with third parties may result in suspension.
